By exploring efficiency opportunities and passing those savings on to our customers, we can reduce carbon emissions and inflated costs, which benefit everyone.

Letter from the president

RCS continues to use Sustainability as a lens to view our business and to enhance our client relationships. We do our best to leverage our influence to help improve our customers’ environmental footprint. For example, our top ten airline partners account for 72% of our total business (i.e., carbon emissions) while the top 20 cover 88%. Whether by supporting those carriers with tangible “green” programs in place, or by encouraging their increased engagement with environmental issues, we manage these strategic relationships as a way to reduce carbon emissions and deliver positive results to our customers.


From a Governance perspective, we continue to place a high value on our personnel and the conditions in which they work. The result is a healthy, safe, and engaged employee base. We openly solicit employee feedback, incorporate their ideas into operational improvements, and emphasize the
importance of a safe workplace.


Finally, our location-specific Business Continuity Plans ensure uninterrupted service to our customers due to unplanned emergency situations. We continually explore efficiency opportunities and pass those savings on to our customers. Reducing emissions and costs benefits everyone.
