Brian Heaney
President
Mr. Brian Heaney is President of RCS Logistics.
He is a graduate of Kings College with a BA in International Business and Economics. He has been with RCS for over 10 years in various positions including Operations Manager, Customer Service Manager, National Account Executive and VP of Sales.
With over ten years of sales / operations experience with RCS, his area of expertise is International Airfreight, Airport CFS/ trucking, Supply Chain planning and execution.
Brian currently maintains global accounts such as, Liz Claiborne, The Children's Place, Disney Stores, Tommy Hilfiger, Jones Apparel, Nine West Shoes, and Kellwood

Evan Rosen
Vice President, Sales
Evan Rosen is the Vice President of Sales effective September 1, 2006. He is a graduate of West Chester University with a BA in Communications. His Logistics career began at OOCL USA Inc. in 1994 where he held the position Account Executive in the New York City apparel market until 1996. He moved to Maersk Line in 1996 where he held various positions with both the line and logistics organizations, including Director of Sales for Maersk Logistics Asia based in Hong Kong from 2001-2004 followed by General Manager of Global Key Clients handling customers such as Target, Sears/KMART, Lowes, GAP, and Kohl’s, which was also based in Hong Kong from 2004-2006.

Douglas Haring
Senior Vice President
Douglas Haring graduated from Arizona State University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He brings 26 years of international transportation and logistics experience to RCS.
For the last 3 years, he served as the Corporate Vice President for a privately held Asia based global transportation and logistics services provider, in which he was responsible for North and South American business. He also served on the company’s Global Operating Committee.
Prior to the above, Doug has held VP of Global Accounts and VP of Sales & Marketing positions.
Doug’s extensive operational and sales experience will open the door to new business development opportunities and add additional value to our current services and customers.

Bill Wilkening
Director of Business Development
Bill Wilkening has joined our company as Director, Business Development, based in Miami Florida. One of Bill’s first responsibilities will be working with Patrick Heaney, Brian Heaney and Douglas Haring to open a new RCS office and CFS at MIA International. Bill will also be our “point man” on strengthening our South America agents and services. Bill brings several years of sales knowledge to our organization, and will be managing his commercial relationships throughout the US.
Bill graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.S in Government and International Studies and has worked in the field of International Logistics for 17 years. Bill resides in Miami, Florida with his wife and 2 sons.
